RiverAcademy

Each RiverAcademy course is created, owned and managed by the instructor(s). The foundation of each course are its lessons, which can include videos, slides, text and additional resources the instructor has included. In addition, instructors can add quizzes, practice tests and assignments, as a way to enhance the learning experience of students. RiverAcademy courses are only offerred at certain times of the year. Make sure you sign up to receive updates on the courses you are interested in so you're the first to know when a course will open. Once the course is open for enrolment, it will remain open for one week. After enrolments close, you will recieve access to your course. River Academy courses can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including a desktop, laptop, or your mobile phone. After you enroll in a course, you can access it by clicking on the course link you will receive in your confirmation email, provided you’re logged into your RiverAcademy account. You can also begin the course by logging in and navigating to your My Courses page.

Each course is open for 90 days from the closure of enrolment.

It depends on what course you do and how many modules there are. Generally a 101 module is released once a week and it takes approximately 1 hour to complete one module. Therefore a course will usually take a minimum of 10 hours to complete over the course of several weeks.

While RiverAcademy is not an accredited institution, we offer skills-based courses taught by experts in their field, and every approved, paid course features a River Academy verifiable micro credential or digital badge. Badges can be saved and easily shared so you can show off and be proud of your accomplishment.

On the successful completion of any River Academy course you will receive your digital badge within 1-3 business days. A link to your badge will be emailed directly to you.
