On the completion of a course on RiverAcademy you will receive a digital badge which will be hosted on the Credly-Acclaim platform. Digital badges are like super-powered stickers, displaying a validated achievement or skill that provide employers and peers concrete evidence of what you had to do to earn your credential and what you’re now capable of.

Digital Badge Pathways take you on a journey. They lead you along a series of steps to gain new and more valuable badges. You can follow our Resilient Rivers Pathway or forge your own.

Complete the Resilient Rivers and Leadership course, along with one online course of your choice to receive the River Steward badge and be eligible for the mentoring program.

Complete a minimum of 10 hours in the mentoring program to receive the River Guardian badge and take part in an on-ground project.

Complete an on-ground project to receive the final River Leader badge
